Mr. Owen, Director / Principal Consultant, holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Sheffield-Hallam University) UK and MBA (University of Southern Queenland) Australia.  He is a qualified Lead Auditor for UK Certification body where he audited Malaysia companies and industries. Previously he has been working with multinational company ISO certified and trained extensively in particular ISO areas.

 

He is a Qualified Consultant and Trainer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in the field of designing, developing, documenting and Implementing Management Systems in line with International Standards (ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007). He is a registered trainer with PSMB on completing a 5-day Train – The – Trainer Programme by ACME Strategic Consultants Sdn Bhd since 2010.

 

From 2006 until to-date, he has been engaged as a consultant and trainer by several organizations ranging from manufacturing to service industries to improve their business processes. He has established himself as a profound and effective trainer and consultant in the various international standards for managing quality. As a consultant in Felcra, he has trained and conducted Internal Quality Audits for all Consultants and Contractors involved in the Palm oil project.
